- Eigenständige und proaktive Unterstützung des Teams bei operativen, konzeptionellen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
- Koordination von Terminen sowie Organisation und Begleitung von Veranstaltungen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen, Präsentationen, Berichten und Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Mitwirkung an der Gestaltung und Optimierung der Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft
- Zentrale Schnittstelle zu externen Kunden und Dienstleistern sowie zum internen Team
- Organisation des Office Managements und Sicherstellung reibungsloser Büroabläufe, einschließlich der Organisation von Arbeitsplätzen und Besprechungsräumen sowie der Verwaltung von Büromaterial
- Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings und Veranstaltungen, einschließlich Protokollführung und Schriftverkehr

Ihre Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, zum Beispiel im Büromanagement, in der Immobilienwirtschaft oder im Hotelwesen
- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Assistenzposition
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Outlook
- Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
- Professionelles und freundliches Auftreten sowie ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen
